Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions. The Parties acknowledge that their relationship, within the context of using the Website and Services, is governed by the present Terms and Conditions. Users acknowledge that when accessing the Website and using the Services, they agree without reservation to the present Terms and Conditions as well as to the Privacy Policy relative to personal data, as mentioned in Article 8 of the present Terms and Conditions, and when applicable, the General Terms and Conditions of Sale. In any and all cases, the Customer status is conditional upon prior acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale in effect.
