AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS. If the passage of any local, state or federal law, or any court decision, or any decision of any administrative agency having jurisdiction, all appeals having been exhausted, require modification or amendment of this Agreement, the parties will bargain regarding such modification or amendment. Any agreement reached pursuant to such bargaining shall be reduced to writing and upon ratification, shall be signed by the parties and become an amendment to this Agreement. All other provisions of this Agreement shall continue in effect.
