AGREEMENT AMENDMENTS. No modification or amendment to the agreement shall become valid unless in writing and signed by both parties. All correspondence regarding modifications or amendments to the agreement must be forwarded to the TSLAC Purchasing Department for prior review and approval. Only the contract administrator within the Purchasing Department or his/her designee will be authorized to sign changes or amendments.
