Agreement and dispute settlement facilitation. 49.3.1 For the purposes of compliance with this Agreement (including compliance with this dispute settlement procedure) where the chosen employee representative is another employee of the employer, he/she must be released by his/her employer from normal duties for such periods of time as may be reasonably necessary to enable her/him to represent employees concerning matters pertaining to the employment relationship including but not limited to: (a) Investigating the circumstances of a dispute or an alleged breach of this Agreement;
