Common use of Agreement Application Clause in Contracts

Agreement Application. This agreement shall apply to and be binding upon all employees of the Corporation described in a certificate issued to the Union by the Labour Relations Board on the 5th day of November, 1974, and shall continue to apply to the said certificate as the same may be amended by the Labour Relations Board from time to time.

Agreement Application.
