Agreement Applies to all Deployments. A. Wildfire suppression working conditions, as specified in this Agreement, are considered usual and customary in any wildfire suppression operation to which the Employer has deployed employees. B. On inter-agency fires, DNR shall designate a knowledgeable agency representative or contact to ensure compliance with provisions of this Agreement.
