Common use of Agreement Compliance Clause in Contracts

Agreement Compliance. All individual employee contracts shall be subject to and consistent with Washington State law and the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The District will not solicit execution of any individual employee contract in violation of Washington State law. If any individual employee contract contains any language inconsistent with this Agreement, this Agreement during its duration shall be controlling.

All supplemental contracts will be issued apart from individual employee contracts and shall not be in conflict with the terms and conditions of this agreement.
