FRANCHISEE’S Cooperation Clause Samples
The 'Franchisee’s Cooperation' clause requires the franchisee to actively assist and collaborate with the franchisor in matters related to the operation and management of the franchise. This may include providing timely information, complying with operational guidelines, participating in training, or supporting marketing initiatives as directed by the franchisor. FRANCHISEE’S Cooperation. FRANCHISEE shall cooperate fully with the review and provide all requested data, including operational data, financial data, and other data requested by the TOWN within thirty (30) Work Days. Failure of the FRANCHISEE to cooperate or provide the requested documents in the required time shall be considered an event of default.
FRANCHISEE’S Cooperation. In the event any claim or action is brought against the City relating to Franchisee’s performance or services rendered under this Agreement, Franchisee shall render any reasonable assistance that City requires.
