Common use of Agreement Compliance Clause in Contracts

Agreement Compliance. No Employee, other than the President of CAW Local 555, the Unit 1 Chairperson or their designate(s), will be required or permitted to make any written or verbal agreement that conflicts with the terms of this Agreement. The President of CAW Local 555 shall provide the Director, Employee/Labour Relations, with the names of such designate(s).

Agreement Compliance.
