AGREEMENT CONTINUES IN FORCE. Where a notice requesting negotiation of a new Agreement has been given, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until such time as agreement has been reached in respect of a renewal, amendment or substitution thereof, or until such time as a deadlock is declared under the Public Service Labour Relations Act.

AGREEMENT CONTINUES IN FORCE. Where a notice requesting negotiation of a new Agreement agreement has been given, this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect until such time as agreement has been reached in respect of to a renewal, amendment or substitution thereofhereof, or until such time as the parties are authorized to declare a deadlock is declared strike or lock-out under the Public Service Labour Industrial Relations Act, provided that this Agreement may be further extended from time to time by mutual agreement.
