Common use of Agreement Inconsistencies Clause in Contracts

Agreement Inconsistencies. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is found to be inconsistent with existing statutes or ordinances, such statutes or ordinances shall prevail and if any provision herein is determined to be invalid and unenforceable by a court or other authority having jurisdiction, such provision shall be considered void, but all other valid provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
