Volunteer Agreement I understand that my services are donated to Mayo Clinic Health System without promise, expectation, or receipt of compensation or future employment. Controlling Agreement To the extent the terms of this Agreement (as amended, supplemented, restated or otherwise modified from time to time) directly conflicts with a provision in the Merger Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
Amendment to Assigned Agreement Financing Provider acknowledges and agrees that PG&E may agree with Seller to modify or amend the Assigned Agreement, and that PG&E is not obligated to Notify Financing Provider of any such amendment or modification to the Assigned Agreement.
