(iii) Where, following the termination of a Temporary Employee's employment, he/she expresses a desire to perform relief work, the Employer will, where appropriate, offer to him/her relief work. In these circumstances, the Employer will pay at the relief wage rate. A Temporary Employee completing any contract and accepting any relief and/or subsequent contract shall be placed on the wage grid according to his/her completed hours. (iv) Temporary Employees contracted to work forty to forty-four (40 to 44) hours for a fixed term in positions other than 1:1 at Pioneer's Section 20 (or as otherwise defined by the Waterloo Region District School Board) school are entitled to rights described within this contract where reference is made to Full Time Employees, except for those exclusions outlined in 8.04 (i).
