Construction Phase Fee Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee is the maximum amount payable to Contractor for any cost or profit expectation incurred in the performance of the Work that is not specifically identified as being eligible for reimbursement by Owner elsewhere in this Agreement. References in the UGSC to Contractor’s “overhead” and “profit” mean Contractor’s Construction Phase Fee. The Construction Phase Fee includes, but is not limited to, the following items:
Project Agreement (a) Subsequent to the establishment of a Cooperative Agreement pursuant to § 81.3, the Secretary may further agree with the States to provide xxxxx- cial assistance in the development and implementation of acceptable projects for the conservation of endangered and threatened species. Financial agree- ments will consist of an Application for Federal Assistance and a Project Agreement. Such agreements’ contin- ued existence, and continued financial assistance under such agreements, shall be contingent upon the continued existence of the Cooperative Agree- ment described in § 81.3 of this part.
Construction Phase Part 1 –
Construction Phase Services 3.1.1 – Basic Construction Services
Subprojects 1. The Borrower shall make Grants to Beneficiaries (Small Farmers, Municipalities and Organizations) for Subprojects (Farmers’ Business Initiatives, Infrastructure Subprojects and Environmental Subprojects) in accordance with eligibility criteria and procedures acceptable to the Bank as further detailed in the Project Operational Manual.
Construction Phase Payments 10.3.1 Payments for Construction Phase Services shall be made as provided for in the UGSC and Owner’s Specifications. All payment requests shall be submitted through e- Builder® with a Schedule of Values and include all required attachments. Payment for approved Change Orders shall be made as part of Contractor’s Application for Payment. Failure to submit a Prime Contractor Progress Assessment Report form with each Application for Payment will cause rejection of the application by Owner and its return to Contractor.
Project Construction Budget The project construction cost allowance specifically stated in writing as the ‘revised’ or ‘current’ ‘Project Construction Budget’ by the Trustees at each applicable phase of plan development.
Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
Interconnection Facilities Engineering Procurement and Construction Interconnection Facilities, Network Upgrades, and Distribution Upgrades shall be studied, designed, and constructed pursuant to Good Utility Practice. Such studies, design and construction shall be based on the assumed accuracy and completeness of all technical information received by the Participating TO and the CAISO from the Interconnection Customer associated with interconnecting the Large Generating Facility.
