Agreement Subject to Approval of Federal and State Agencies. Both parties agree that this Agreement shall be subject to and contingent upon the approval of the Federal and State agencies having jurisdiction or by which the County is reimbursed. In the event that any of such agencies desire to have this agreement modified or to add supplemental work, the parties will enter into a written amendment to make such changed as may be necessary and agreeable.
