Supplemental Work definition

Supplemental Work means remedial work approved under these Regulations and includes a written examination, an oral examination, a research paper, written work and an oral presentation; and
Supplemental Work means any Service provided hereunder which is not covered under the MCPH Program. All Supplemental Work shall be at Copa's expense, in accordance with the pricing set forth in Exhibit A.
Supplemental Work means work that is performed on an as needed basis and which has been specifically authorized by the Manager, as more fully described herein.

Examples of Supplemental Work in a sentence

  • New Engines are eligible for Rate Per EFH Services and Supplemental Work Services on the date of their delivery.

  • Following Redelivery, GE will issue a final invoice for Supplemental Work Services based on actual charges to complete the Services, including any credits due Customer.

  • All invoices shall be payable by Customer [*****] in satisfaction of GE’s performance of Supplemental Work Services.

  • All invoices shall be payable by Customer in arrears in satisfaction of GE’s performance of Supplemental Work Services.

  • Supplemental Work Services will be performed by GE in accordance with pricing provisions set forth on Exhibit E.

  • GE will replace such missing items at Customer’s expense as Supplemental Work, unless Customer notifies GE in writing within a reasonable period of time of receiving GE’s notice that Customer wishes to furnish such missing items within a period of time specified by GE.

More Definitions of Supplemental Work

Supplemental Work means any Service provided under a Schedule which is not specifically covered under the T3 Program. All Supplemental Work shall be at Customer’s expense, in accordance with the pricing set forth in the applicable Schedule.
Supplemental Work means any Service provided hereunder which is not covered under the MCPH Program. All Supplemental Work shall be at Copa’s expense, in accordance with the pricing set forth in Exhibit A.
Supplemental Work means any Service provided hereunder which is not covered under the MCPH Program fixed rate per Engine flying hour. All Supplemental Work shall be at Customer’s expense, in accordance with the pricing set forth in Exhibit A, unless otherwise mutually agreed by the parties.

Related to Supplemental Work

  • Additional Work to mean additions or deletions or modifications to the amount, type or value of the Work and Services as required in this Contract, as directed and/or approved by the County.

  • Space Plan herein means, to the extent required by the nature of the Work, detailed plans (including any so-called “pricing plans”), including a fully dimensioned floor plan and drawn to scale, showing: (i) demising walls, interior walls and other partitions, including type of wall or partition and height, and any demolition or relocation of walls, and details of space occupancy and density, (ii) doors and other openings in such walls or partitions, including type of door and hardware, (iii) electrical and computer outlets, circuits and anticipated usage therefor, (iv) any special purpose rooms, any sinks or other plumbing facilities, heavy items, and any other special electrical, HVAC or other facilities or requirements, including all special loading and related calculations, (v) any space planning considerations to comply with fire or other codes or other governmental or legal requirements, (vi) finish selections, and (vii) any other details or features requested by Architect, Engineer or Landlord, or otherwise required, in order for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for Landlord to approve the Work, and for Tenant to contract and obtain permits for the Work, or for the Space Plan to serve as a basis for preparing Construction Drawings.

  • Supplemental contract means a written agreement entered into for the distribution of proceeds under a life, health, or annuity policy or contract.

  • Supplemental Terms means the product specific supplemental terms and conditions which include additional or different terms and conditions to those in the Cloud GTCs for the provision of specific Cloud Services which are made available on http://www.sap.com/company/legal.

  • Supplemental Report means a Supplemental Report delivered by the Issuer to Treasury pursuant to the Definitive Agreement.

  • Tenant Improvement Work means the construction of the Tenant Improvements, together with any related work (including demolition) that is necessary to construct the Tenant Improvements.

  • Improvement Plan means the plan required by the Authority from the Supplier which shall detail how the Supplier will improve the provision of the Goods and/or Services pursuant to Clause 29.1.1 (Authority Remedies);

  • Building Plans mean the general building plans and specifications in respect of the Development or in respect of any part or parts of the Development prepared by the Authorized Person and approved by the Building Authority and include any approved amendments thereto;

  • Supplemental Conditions means those terms and conditions, if included in the Agreement by mutual written agreement of the Parties, which add to or modify the Agreement and are incorporated by reference as if fully set forth in the Agreement. In the case of a conflict between the Supplemental Conditions and the Agreement, the Supplemental Conditions shall prevail.

  • Plans and Specifications means the plans, drawings and specifications reasonably necessary to properly assess and review proposed Work prior to issuance of any approval that may be required under this Agreement;

  • Supplemental Ruling means (i) any ruling (other than the Ruling) issued by the IRS in connection with a Distribution, and (ii) any similar ruling issued by any other Taxing Authority addressing the application of a provision of the laws of another jurisdiction to a Distribution.

  • Supplemental Retirement Plan means (i) the Company’s Amended and Restated Supplemental Executive Retirement Plan, (ii) the Company’s Supplemental Management Retirement Plan, (iii) the Company’s Amended and Restated Top Hat Restoration Plan, and (iv) the Company’s Defined Contribution Restoration Plan.

  • Installation Work means the construction and installation of the System and the Start-up, testing and acceptance (but not the operation and maintenance) thereof; all performed by or for the Power Producer at the Premises.

  • Construction Plans means plans, drawings, specifications and related documents, and construction schedules for the construction of the Project, together with all supplements, amendments or corrections, submitted by the Developer and approved by the City in accordance with this Agreement.

  • demolition work means a method to dismantle, wreck, break, pull down or knock down of a structure or part thereof by way of manual labour, machinery, or the use of explosives;
