Agreement to Continue in Service. Each Optionee shall agree to remain in the service of the Company, at the pleasure of the Company’s shareholders, for a continuous period extending at least through the earlier of (i) the date that is one year following the Award Date of the Option and (ii) the day immediately prior to the date of the next annual general meeting of shareholders occurring following such Award Date, provided that the date of such annual general meeting of shareholders is at least 355 days after such Award Date, at the retainer rate and fee schedule then in effect or at such changed rate or schedule as the Company from time to time may establish; provided, that nothing in the Plan or in any Option agreement evidencing an Option shall confer upon such Optionee any right to continue as a Director.

Agreement to Continue in Service. This agreement is made pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 4108 and 5 CFR 410.309 and applies to all training that costs more than $ , non-Government training in excess of hours and Government or non-Government training of a long term nature in excess of 120 calendar days that is part of an established or requisite curriculum for which the Government approves payment of training costs prior to the commencement of such training. The period of obligation begins the first workday after the training ends. Nothing contained in this section shall be construed as limiting the authority of an agency to waive, in whole or in part, an obligation of an employee to pay expenses incurred by the Government in connection with the training.

  • Agreement to Continue in Force Both Parties shall adhere fully to the terms of this Agreement during the period of bona fide collective bargaining.

  • Payment to Consultant Upon receipt of a properly prepared invoice and confirmation that the Required Services detailed in the invoice have been satisfactorily performed, City shall pay Consultant for the invoice amount within thirty (30) days. Payment shall be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A and section 2.4, below. At City’s discretion, invoices not timely submitted may be subject to a penalty of up to five percent (5%) of the amount invoiced.

However, a party may suspend performance of its obligations during any period in which the other party fails or refuses to perform its obligations.
