Agreement to Issue the Series. 2022 Bond. In order to provide funds, as provided in the Bond Resolution, to acquire, construct and install the Project and pay the costs incident thereto, the Authority, in accordance with the Act, will issue the Series 2022 Bonds, and all of the covenants, agreements and provisions hereof shall, to the extent provided herein and in the Bond Resolution, be for the benefit and security of the Bondholders. The Authority has delivered a certified copy of the Bond Resolution to the County.

Agreement to Issue the Series. 2024 Bonds; Application of Bond Proceeds. In order to provide funds to finance the Project (as described herein), the Authority, concurrently with the execution of this Lease, will issue, sell and deliver to the State Bank the Series 2024 Bonds and the Authority will deposit the proceeds thereof in the Escrow Account as provided in the Master Resolution. Moneys shall be disbursed from the Escrow Account in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Agreement.

  • Duplication of Funding If Grantee receives any funding that is duplicative of funding received under this Grant Agreement that cannot be used for new or expanded eligible grant activities, Grantee will notify the assigned contract manager as soon as possible. System Agency may issue an amendment modifying budget and/or project activities to eliminate duplication. Additionally, Grantee understands that duplicative funding that cannot be re-programmed to support new or expanded grant-funded activities within the program’s scope may be de-obligated from this Grant Agreement and returned to System Agency.
