Unless otherwise defined by program rules, Supplemental Funding is the award of additional funds to provide for an increase in costs due to unforeseen circumstances.
The Funding Note Indenture Trustee, subject to the provisions of Sections 6.1 and 6.2, may receive a Trust Certificate and an Opinion of Counsel as conclusive evidence that any such Supplemental Funding Note Indenture complies with the applicable provisions of the Funding Note Indenture.
