AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES. 1.1 Under this Deed, AFAC has accepted the submission of the Contractor to have its approved Services included in ARENA as on offer to the Members, on and subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Deed, as follows:
AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES. This agreement is a connection agreement under chapter 5, or 5A of the NER, for the provision of services, on the terms and conditions of this agreement.
AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES. The Employee agrees to provide the Services, to the extent lawful under the securities laws of the United States of America, for a term commencing on the date hereof and ending on the earlier of (i) two years after the Registration Statement is made effective by the SEC or (ii) the date on which all of the shares offered by the Company under the Registration Statement have been sold (the “Term”). During the Term, the Employee shall not resign as an officer or director of the Company, but nothing herein shall be construed as an obligation on the part of the Company to employ the Employee or retain his services for any period or in any capacity.
AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES. 1.1 The Contractor is required to provide the Services specified in this Deed to the Members.
AGREEMENT TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES. 1.1 The Client wishes to engage Premier P/L to provide the Services. Receipt of payment of the initial deposit confirms acceptance of the scope of services outlined in the quotation and/or invoice and of the terms and conditions contained within this document. The Client may be required to sign this Agreement prior to Premier P/L commencing any Services or agreeing to provide any Materials to the Client.
