Aid Allowance. The Board shall reimburse employees for applicable course fees for safety-oriented first aid or other equivalent first aid courses, to a maximum, as shown below, upon successful completion of the course. It will be the responsibility of the employee to apply for this reimbursement and provide proof of payment and proof of successful completion of the course.
