Common use of Aid and Assistance Clause in Contracts

Aid and Assistance. The Employee agrees, (a) to execute all documents necessary to protect inventions, improvement and developments assigned pursuant to Section 9, and to obtain, maintain, modify, or enforce any United States or foreign patent on such invention, improvements or developments; and (b) to cooperate with the Company in every reasonable way possible in obtaining evidence for use in any such proceedings to obtain, maintain, modify or enforce any such patent.

Aid and Assistance. The Employee agrees, (a) to execute all documents necessary to protect inventions, improvement and developments assigned pursuant to Section 98, and to obtain, maintain, modify, or enforce any United States or foreign patent on such invention, improvements or developments; and (b) to cooperate with the Company in every reasonable way possible in obtaining evidence for use in any such proceedings to obtain, maintain, modify or enforce any such patent.
