Common use of Air Conditioning and Ventilation Clause in Contracts

Air Conditioning and Ventilation. ‌ The Engager agrees to maintain the dressing rooms at a reasonable and constant temperature. If the auditorium is air-conditioned, all dressing rooms shall be air- conditioned. It the auditorium is not air-conditioned, the Engager shall provide mechanical devices in dressing rooms to ensure proper ventilation and the circulation of fresh cool air. The Engager shall endeavour to ensure that the following conditions shall apply:
