Stage Management. The Stage Management team shall be engaged for the standard pre-production preparation time required elsewhere in this Agreement prior to the commencement of rehearsals. In weeks where there is a return from hiatus, the Stage Manager shall be engaged for no less than one (1) day of preparation at a rate of not less than one-quarter (1/4) of their weekly Contractual Fee.
Stage Management a) Where 9 or more performers are used there should be at least 2 dedicated Stage Managers.
b) Where fewer than 9 performers are used there should be at least 1 dedicated Stage Manager.
c) On some minimal productions (e.g. fewer than 4 performers, minimal set, no lighting rig, extremely simple sound, get-in less than 40 mins. etc) it may be possible to operate without a dedicated Stage Manager.
d) A company member engaged to undertake stage management duties may be required to appear on stage.
Stage Management. The shall engage sufficient stage management personnel to ensure the safe and efficient running of a production or performance. The Stage Manager and the will thoroughly discuss the Stage Management responsibilities for a given production prior to the start of rehearsals. Sufficient Stage Management Personnel shall be engaged prior to the commencement of rehearsal for a production based on the needs of the production.

Stage Management. 11.1 The Union accepts that Stage Managers and their assistants have responsibility for all stage properties.
11.2 The Union accepts that Stage Managers and/or their assistants can be involved in running a show. Such involvement will be determined by Canadian Stage after consultation with the Senior Head Technician.
Stage Management. All Stage Management Staff employed under the terms of this Agreement shall be registered as approved members of the Stage Management Section or licensed, by Irish Equity Group, in full benefit, or be approved in accordance with the provisions of Clause 2 a).
Stage Management. All personnel engaged to fulfil stage management duties as defined in Clause must be properly contracted under the terms of this Agreement. Equity and PACT will consider it to be a violation of the Agreement if the Theatre uses non-Equity personnel to stage management duties as herein defined. The Theatre agrees that it will engage only existing Equity Stage Managers and Assistant Stage Managers for all Stage Manager and Assistant Stage Manager positions on its staff. Equity will provide on request a current and up-to-date list of Stage Managers who have informed Equity that they are available for work. However, the Theatre shall not be obliged to engage a Stage Manager or Assistant Stage Manager whom the Theatre judges to be incompatible with its needs. A is not already a member of Equity may be engaged as a Stage Manager with the written permission of Equity provided that the Theatre has conducted a search for and considered existing Stage Manager members.
Stage Management. The Manager may engage as many stage management as are commensurate with the scale of the production with no stipulated minimum. Equity has the right to ask the Manager for additional stage management if considered necessary.
Stage Management. The Manager shall engage at least one Stage Manager who is not required to act or perform. Should the Manager wish to dispense with the services of a separate Stage Manager, the Manager may apply to Equity. Equity shall have the right to ask the Manager to engage further stage management if it believes that their services are necessary.
