Air Handling Units (AHU). The AHUs must be suitable for outside weather conditions. The usage of an inside-AHU is not allowed. To ensure optimal working conditions for the staff the AHUs shall fulfil hygienic requirements as described in the German regulation VDI 6022 and shall serve an outside air rate of at least 5m3/hm2. The AHUs shall fulfil highest standards in terms of stability, reliability, hygienic, and energy efficiency. Energy recovering systems shall be applied. The energy efficiency guarantees the Owner’s lowest operation costs during the operation period of the Building. The life cycle costs shall be calculated by the Contractor for 10 years in advance. The calculation method shall be complying with common international standards. Unit casings shall be demountable and of the double-skinned, pentapost construction. The casing shall have fully welded corners and the exterior shall be free of all sharp edges and flanges. Because of the high humidity, fibreglas is allowed for the frame construction to reduce condensation to a minimum. The units shall be sectionalised with panels easily removable for inspection and servicing. The entire AHU is based on a minimum 110mm galvanised, powder coated basic frame.

  • Power System Stabilizers The Developer shall procure, install, maintain and operate Power System Stabilizers in accordance with the requirements identified in the Interconnection Studies conducted for Developer’s Large Generating Facility. NYISO and Connecting Transmission Owner reserve the right to reasonably establish minimum acceptable settings for any installed Power System Stabilizers, subject to the design and operating limitations of the Large Generating Facility. If the Large Generating Facility’s Power System Stabilizers are removed from service or not capable of automatic operation, the Developer shall immediately notify the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO. The requirements of this paragraph shall not apply to wind generators.

  • DELIVERY TERMS AND TRANSPORTATION CHARGES Deliverables shall be shipped F.O.B. point of delivery unless otherwise specified in the Supplemental Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated in the Offer, the Contractor’s price shall be deemed to include all delivery and transportation charges. The City shall have the right to designate what method of transportation shall be used to ship the deliverables. The place of delivery shall be that set forth the purchase order.

The Employer’s campuses and facilities may be used by the Union to hold meetings subject to the University’s policy and availability of the space. The Employer may provide private space for stewards and/or Union representatives to meet in confidence with those they represent on a space available basis. Staff representatives may reserve and utilize meeting rooms in accordance with University policy and procedure. Such requests will be subject to availability and all applicable fees.
