Common use of Aircraft Documents in English Language Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Documents in English Language. Lessee, at its cost and expense, shall maintain all Aircraft Documents produced during the Lease Term by or for the benefit of Lessee or any Permitted Sublessee or delivered to Lessee on the Delivery Date, in the English language, including such Aircraft Documents described above and required by the applicable Aeronautics Authority to be maintained in respect of each Item of Equipment, and promptly furnish to Lessor upon Lessor’s request such information as may be required to enable Lessor to file any reports required to be filed with any Governmental Authority because of Owner’s ownership of the Aircraft.
