Aircraft Incident Reporting. For aviation occurrences regarding any accident or incident as defined under the Civil Aviation Xxx 0000, Providers will complete the appropriate forms for CAA and copy them to NASO no later than five Working Days after the accident or incident.

Aircraft Incident Reporting. 6.3.1 For aviation occurrences regarding any accident or incident as defined under the Civil Aviation Xxx 0000Act 1990, Providers will complete the appropriate forms for CAA and copy them to NASO no later than five Working Days after the accident or incident. 6.3.2 While not an Aircraft incident, the Provider will also report whenever Part 2 section 13A of the Civil Aviation Act 1990 has been used. The Provider will send NASO a copy of the report sent to the CAA at the same time it is sent to CAA.
