Common use of Aircraft Painting Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Painting. Lessee shall be responsible for the costs incurred in repainting the Aircraft, if necessary, from time to time during the Term, provided, however, that the foregoing shall be subject to the prior written approval of Lessee, such approval not to be unreasonably conditioned, withheld or delayed.
