Common use of Aircraft Parking Fees Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Parking Fees. The Contractor shall pay the Airports Authority forty percent (40%) of all Gross Receipts received from aircraft parking and tie- down on the Premises. The Contractor shall separately report on the Itemized Certified Statement any aircraft handled by the Contractor which are parked outside of the Premises on the Airport’s cargo ramp or jet apron areas designated by the Airports Authority. For such aircraft, Contractor shall pay forty percent (40%) of all Gross Receipts received from each aircraft parking, or the current Jet Apron Fee established by the Airports Authority, whichever is greater.
