Common use of Aircraft Utilization Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Utilization. The Seller shall, without payment or other liability, be entitled to use the Aircraft before Delivery for up to a maximum of twenty (20) hours for any purpose without specific agreement of the Buyer. Such use shall not limit the Buyer’s obligation to accept Delivery hereunder.
