Grid. 3.2.1 The Employer shall pay to each teacher in its employ the salaries and allowances hereinafter set forth and computed. All sums mentioned are ‘per annum’ unless specifically stated otherwise.
3.2.2 The years of university education of a teacher and the years of teaching experience computed as hereinafter provided shall together determine the basic salary of each teacher employed by the Employer. The salary schedule is contained in 3.2.4.
3.2.3 The monthly salary for each teacher shall be one-twelfth (1/12) part of the salary in effect.
3.2.4 Salary Schedule Effective September 1, 2016
Grid. 3.2.1 The following factors shall determine the placement on the salary schedule:
a) The teacher’s Statement of Qualifications, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement;
b) The teacher’s years of teaching experience, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
3.2.2 The teachers’ salary rates for each year of teacher education and experience are tabulated below in the applicable “Salary Schedule”.
3.2.3 a) Effective September 1, 2018
