Grid. 3.2.1. The School Division shall pay all teachers the salaries and allowances as herein set forth and computed. All sums mentioned herein are 'per annum' unless specifically stated otherwise.
Grid. 3.2.1 The following factors shall determine the placement on the salary schedule:
Grid. The salary level for each benchmark is identified as a “grid” and the corresponding dollar amount is in Wage Schedules – Grids of the Maintenance Plan. For example: Grid: 9 Wage Schedules - Grids - April 1, 2013 $2,923 per month

Grid. 3.2.1 The salaries and the terms and conditions of the teachers’ employment with the Employer are governed by the provisions of this Collective Agreement and any statutory provision relating thereto.
Grid. 3.2.1 Categories representing years of teacher education beyond Alberta Grade XII and steps representing years of teacher experience:

One (1) month salary shall be one-twelfth (1/12) part of the annual salary at the rate in effect that month.

Grid. 3.2.1 The amount of university education of a teacher and the years of teaching experience computed as hereinafter provided shall together determine the annual rate of salary to be paid to each teacher employed by the School Division.
