Airport Compatible Land Use. a. The Agency assures that appropriate airport zoning ordinances are in place consistent with Section 333.03, F.S., or if not in place, that it will take appropriate action necessary to ensure local government adoption of an airport zoning ordinance or execution of an interlocal agreement with another local government body having an airport zoning ordinance, consistent with the provisions of Section 333.03, F.S.
