Alarm Company. If you wish to have the system monitored, it will be your responsibility to make such arrangements with alarm company to activate the system at your own expense. The landlord owns the alarm system and you must contact management to report mechanical malfunctions. Management will accommodate your maintenance request as quickly as possible, but will not be liable for the period of time that the system is non- functional. Any repairs to the alarm system not authorized by management will be at your expense. Again, you understand that the system should never be relied on for your personal safety and security.
