Alcohol and Drug Abuse Patient Records. If the Contractor is bound by the requirements of 42 C.F.R. Part 2 and discontinues its alcohol or drug abuse program or ceases to provide its services pursuant to this Contract, the Contractor shall comply with the following requirements before destroying the records of any patients served pursuant to this Contract:
