Common use of Alcohol Concentration Clause in Contracts

Alcohol Concentration. All persons covered by this policy are prohibited from reporting to duty or remaining on duty while having an alcohol concentration of 0.04 or greater. No Village supervisory person having actual knowledge that a covered employee has consumed alcohol during the work day or within four hours of beginning the work day, shall permit the employee to work or continue to work.
