Alder Deliverables a) Under each Statement of Work, the Parties will specify with particularity the Alder Deliverables (including any Process Consumables) that are to be provided by Alder for the related Program, and Alder will timely provide Fujifilm with the applicable Alder Deliverables (as listed in the applicable SoW). Failure by Alder to provide Alder Deliverables within the timeframe set forth in the applicable SoW may cause an increase in the cost or time required to perform a Program, and, if so, [***], to reflect the increase or decrease, and shall enter into a Program Amendment Order in accordance with Section 6 of this Agreement.
