Service Each Party further agrees that service of any process, summons, notice or document by registered mail to its address set forth in Section 9.2.2 shall be effective service of process for any action, suit or proceeding brought against it under this Agreement in any such court.
Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.
Tax Service Lender is authorized to secure, at Borrower’s expense, a tax service contract with a third party vendor which shall provide tax information on the Property satisfactory to Lender.
Outside Services Consultant shall not use the service of any other person, entity, or organization in the performance of Consultant’s duties without the prior written consent of an officer of the Company. Should the Company consent to the use by Consultant of the services of any other person, entity, or organization, no information regarding the services to be performed under this Agreement shall be disclosed to that person, entity, or organization until such person, entity, or organization has executed an agreement to protect the confidentiality of the Company’s Confidential Information (as defined in Article 5) and the Company’s absolute and complete ownership of all right, title, and interest in the work performed under this Agreement.
Utility Service Tenant shall pay the cost of all utility services, including, but not limited to, initial connection charges and all charges for gas, water, and electricity used on the Leased Premises. If the Leased Premises are separately metered, Tenant shall pay such costs directly to the appropriate utility company. Otherwise, Tenant shall pay such costs pursuant to Paragraph 6(b) above. Tenant shall pay all costs caused by Tenant introducing excessive pollutants into the sanitary sewer system, including permits, fees and charges levied by any governmental subdivision for any pollutants or solids other than ordinary human waste. If Tenant can be clearly identified as being responsible for obstructions or stoppage of the common sanitary sewage line, the Tenant shall pay the entire cost thereof, upon demand, as additional rent. Tenant shall be responsible for the installation and maintenance of any dilution tanks, holding tanks, settling tanks, sewer sampling devices, sand traps, grease traps or similar devices which may be required by the appropriate governmental subdivision for Tenant's use of the sanitary sewer system. Tenant shall also pay all surcharges (i.e. charges in excess of normal charges) levied due to Tenant's abnormal use of sanitary sewer or waste removal services so that no such surcharges shall affect Landlord or other tenants in the Project under Paragraph 6(b) above.
Stock Plan Administration Service Provider The Company transfers the Participant's Personal Information to Fidelity Stock Plan Services LLC, an independent service provider based in the United States, which assists the Company with the implementation, administration and management of the Plan (the “Stock Plan Administrator”). In the future, the Company may select a different Stock Plan Administrator and share the Participant's Personal Information with another company that serves in a similar manner. The Stock Plan Administrator will open an account for the Participant to receive and trade Shares acquired under the Plan. The Participant will be asked to agree on separate terms and data processing practices with the Stock Plan Administrator, which is a condition to the Participant’s ability to participate in the Plan. Telecommunications Services The offering of telecommunications for a fee directly to the public, or to such classes of users as to be effectively available directly to the public, regardless of the facilities used.
Utility Services Company agrees to pay the full cost and expense associated with its use of all utilities, including but not limited to water, sanitary sewer, electric, storm drainage, and telecommunication services.
Security Service Tenant acknowledges and agrees that, while Landlord may patrol the Project, Landlord is not providing any security services with respect to the Premises and that Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for, and Tenant waives any claim against Landlord with respect to, any loss by theft or any other damage suffered or incurred by Tenant in connection with any unauthorized entry into the Premises or any other breach of security with respect to the Premises.
Personal Services 1. Subject to the provisions of Articles 14, 16 and 17, salaries, wages and other similar remuneration or income derived by a resident of a Contracting State in respect of personal (including professional) services shall be taxable only in that State unless the services are rendered in the other Contracting State. If the services are so rendered, such remuneration or income as is derived therefrom may be taxed in that other State.
