Common use of All Call Clause in Contracts

All Call. After the voluntary sign-up list has been exhausted and prior to the assignment of mandatory overtime, the Employer will solicit volunteers who are already on duty (“All Call”). If more than one (1) employee responds to an All Call, the Employer will offer all available posts on a first-come, first-served basis. If there are still insufficient volunteers after the All Call, Management may assign mandatory overtime.
