Common use of All Coverage Clause in Contracts

All Coverage. a. Each insurance policy required by this clause shall be endorsed to state that coverage shall not be suspended, voided, canceled by either party, reduced in coverage or in limits except after thirty (30) days’ prior written notice, except 10 days’ notice of cancellation for non-payment of premium, by certified mail, return receipt requested, has been given to WESTERN. b. If any of the required coverage’s expire during the term of this agreement, the CONSULTANT shall deliver the renewal certificate(s) including the general liability additional insured endorsement to WESTERN at least ten (10) days prior to the expiration date.
