All Cranes and Attachments. The straight-time hourly wage rate of Employees on cranes or equipment and attachments (including jib and/or leads) shall be as follows: **Truck Crane Assistant to Engineer or Assistant to Engineer (as appropriate), are required on all the cranes listed below, except Tower Cranes, Self Propelled Boom Type Hydraulic Lifting Devices and self-contained job-ready Hydraulic Truck Cranes that can travel on the California State highway system with the boom over the front of the truck crane carrier without a boom dolly, trailer or any other type of conveyance to transport any attachment or part of the hydraulic crane, on which, if any assistance is required, it shall be by an Employee covered by this Agreement. 2000 1.
