Area Definitions. Section 24.00.00 provides a description of Areas 1 and 2 based upon Township and Range Lines. The Area 2 wage, as set forth in Section 01.03.00, shall be paid in all areas of Northern California not included in Area 1.
Area Definitions. NORMAL CONSTRUCTION LABOR MARKET is defined to mean the following geographical area plus the commuting distance adjacent thereto, which includes the area from which the normal labor supply is secured COUNTY PORTION XXXXX Xxxxxx, Tulpehocken and Bethel Townships. CUMBERLAND ALL DAUPHIN ALL FRANKLIN ALL JUNIATA ALL LANCASTER - that Portion northwest of a line extending from the Susquehanna River to the intersection of State Highways 441 and 241 along 241 to the Borough of Elizabethtown, around the limits of Elizabethtown on the west and north side, but including the Masonic Homes in Elizabethtown, continuing along State Highway 241 to Lebanon County and that portion north of the Pennsylvania Turnpike, but including all Buildings on the Turnpike, from Lebanon County line to West Cocalico Twp. LEBANON ALL MIFFLIN ALL PERRY ALL SCHUYLKILL Tremont and Pine Grove Townships. XXXXXX - that Portion south of U. S. Highway 522, but excluding the Borough of Selinsgrove. YORK Franklin, Carroll, Monaghan and Fairview Twps. The above geographical area is agreed upon by the parties to include the areas defined by the Secretary of Labor to be the appropriate prevailing wage area under the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act to which this Agreement applies.
