All Make Ready Work Sample Clauses

The "All Make Ready Work" clause defines the responsibilities and scope of preparatory tasks required before a project or installation can proceed. This typically includes activities such as site clearing, utility adjustments, or structural modifications necessary to ensure the site is suitable for the main work. By clearly outlining who is responsible for these preparatory steps and what specific tasks are included, the clause helps prevent delays and disputes, ensuring that the project can start on schedule and that all parties understand their obligations.
