Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
Employee Who Acts as Representative Where an employee wishes to represent at a meeting with the Employer, an employee who has presented a grievance, the Employer will, where operational requirements permit, grant leave with pay to the representative when the meeting is held in the headquarters area of such employee and leave without pay when the meeting is held outside the headquarters area of such employee.
Conduct of Employees and Staff Contractor shall ensure that all of Contractor’s employees and Staff provided under the Contract shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures of the Customer, including but not limited to Rule Chapter 33-208, Florida Administrative Code. The Contractor shall ensure that all Staff and employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress, as may be identified by the Customer.
Employment of Consultants Part A General Consultants’ services shall be procured in accordance with the provisions of the Introduction and Section IV of the “Guidelines: Selection and Employment of Consultants by World Bank Borrowers” published by the Bank in January 1997 and revised in September 1997 and January 1999 (the Consultant Guidelines) and the following provisions of Section II of this Schedule. Part B: Quality- and Cost-based Selection
Conduct of Employees and Invitees Company will, within reason, control the conduct, demeanor and appearance of its employees, invitees, and of those doing business with Company and, upon objection from Authority concerning the conduct, demeanor or appearance of any such persons, will immediately take all reasonable steps necessary to remove the cause of objection.
Employees on Layoff A classified employee who receives an Employer Contribution, who has three (3) or more years of continuous service, and who has been permanently or seasonally laid off, remains eligible for an Employer Contribution and all other benefits provided under this Article for an extended benefit eligibility period of six (6) months from the date of layoff.
RESTRICTIONS ON EMPLOYMENT OF FORMER STATE OFFICER OR EMPLOYEE The Engineer shall not hire a former state officer or employee of a state agency who, during the period of state service or employment, participated on behalf of the state agency in this agreement’s procurement or its negotiation until after the second anniversary of the date of the officer’s or employee’s service or employment with the state agency ceased.
New Employee Orientations The County shall provide the Union written notice of County-wide new employee orientations, whether in person or online, at least ten (10) business days prior to the orientation. The notice shall include time, date, and location of the orientation. Representatives of the Union shall be permitted to meet with the new employees for up to thirty (30) minutes during a portion of the orientation for which attendance is mandatory. The Union shall provide the County at least five (5) business days prior to the orientation any materials it would like the County to distribute to new employees at the orientation. If the Union staff are unavailable, the County shall grant release time for one (1) union xxxxxxx to attend the orientation pursuant to Section 6.2.1 The County shall make best efforts to provide the Union with the name, job title, department, work location, work, home and personal cellular telephone numbers, personal email addresses, and home addresses of all employees in the bargaining unit every 90 days, but no less than once every 120 days.
Consultants and Employees Bound Recipient agrees to disclose the Confidential Information to any agents, affiliates, directors, officers or any other employees (collectively, the “Employees”) solely on a need-to-know basis and represents that such Employees have signed appropriate non-disclosure agreements or taken appropriate measures imposing on such Employees a duty to third parties (1) to hold any third party proprietary information received by such Employees in the strictest confidence, (2) not to disclose such third party Confidential Information to any other third party, and (3) not to use such Confidential Information for the benefit of anyone other than to whom it belongs, without the prior express written authorization of the Company.
All Employees The Company shall not include the shift differential in any employee’s wage rate for the calculation of overtime.
