All UNM Housing Facilities. a. For residents remaining in their space from one license agreement year to the next, or those in spaces which have been continuously assigned, an annual inspection will be conducted by Residence Life and Student Housing employees in June or July. The resident will be liable for damages discovered during the inspection. See Section IX for a complete description.
