Student Family Housing. ● Licensee must be residing with their spouse or partner on a full-time basis, and/or be a parent with full custody of their children, and/or serve as a legal dependent of a family member to be eligible for MIT student family housing. Licensee must reside full-time in their apartment with their family/partner. Licensee and/or family partner cannot be away for more than 10% of each academic semester.

Student Family Housing. Apartments are unfurnished; all furnishings and personal effects must be provided by the student.
Student Family Housing. The University of Memphis operates the residence halls on a contract basis for the full academic year. Your electronic signature acknowledges that this contract is a binding legal agreement.   • Family Care Employees may use vacation leave for care of family members as required by the Family Care Act, WAC 296-130.

  • Family Care Leave In accordance with RCW 49.12 and WAC 296-130, employees shall be allowed to use any or all of their choice of sick leave or other paid time off to care for a family member (as defined above) who has a serious health condition or an emergency condition. Employees shall not be disciplined or otherwise discriminated against because of their exercise of these rights.

  • Family The District shall contribute no less than eighty percent (80%) of the total cost of the premium toward family coverage. The employee shall pay the difference between the District contribution and the total cost of the premium for family dental coverage.

  • EQUAL HOUSING If the Tenant possesses any mental or physical impairment, the Landlord shall provide reasonable modifications to the Premises unless the modifications would be too difficult or expensive for the Landlord to provide. An Appointing Authority shall grant to a full time or part time employee who has completed his/her probationary period, or if there is no such probationary period, has been employed for at least three consecutive months, an unpaid leave of absence for up to twenty-six (26) weeks in conjunction with the birth, adoption or placement of a child as long as the leave concludes within twelve (12) months following the birth or placement.

  • Fair Housing The Agency is committed to compliance with all laws as well as the philosophy of fair housing for all people. The Agency will present the Property to all prospective Buyers in compliance with local, State, and Federal Fair Housing laws against discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap, age, marital status and/or familial status, children, or other prohibited factors.
