Allocated Hours. (99) Apprentices will not be used to displace or replace other positions except as provided herein. Apprentices shall be permitted to temporarily replace positions, within the Culinary Department that are not greater than thirty (30) days in duration without necessity of bulletin of the position. Should said position exceed thirty (30) days in duration, it shall then be posted and filled by a regular full-time employee.
