Common use of Allocation Period Clause in Contracts

Allocation Period. 5 A. The allocation period of this Agreement shall commence and terminate as specified on Page 3 of 6 this Agreement, unless otherwise sooner terminated as provided elsewhere in this Agreement; provided, 7 however, the parties shall continue to be obligated to comply with the requirements and perform such 8 duties specified in this Agreement. Such duties include, but are not limited to, obligations with respect to 9 claims processing, reimbursement, confidentiality, indemnification, audits, accounting, and data reporting.
