ALLOWABLE FEE REIMBURSEMENT. City and Constructing Owner agree that the amount of Infrastructure Fee Reimbursements owed to Constructing Owner hereunder shall be as set forth on Exhibit C hereto and made a part hereof, subject to the final “true up” as described in Section 8 hereof. The City shall reimburse the Constructing Owner, solely from the Infrastructure Fee Component of the Fee, all Eligible Hard Costs and Soft Costs incurred by the Constructing Owner in connection with the construction of the Facilities, as approved by the Administrator in consultation with the City Engineer.
