Common use of Allowable Use of API’s Clause in Contracts

Allowable Use of API’s. If Customer has purchased a license of Solid Edge, Femap, Preactor or Comos software, the software includes API’s and Customer is authorized to use the API’s in order to develop software for Customer’s internal use and for resale to others under terms and conditions at least as stringent as those contained herein. Customer hereby accepts, and SISW hereby disclaims, any and all responsibility for software developed by Customer using the API’s.
