ALTERNATE DISPUTE SETTLEMENT PROCEDURES. The procedures set forth above in Articles 2.01 through 2.07 of this Article II shall be in lieu of the settlement of disputes procedures set forth in Chapter 4117, Ohio Revised Code, except and to the extent that they are specifically incorporated herein.
